Verrine gourmande IG bas

Low GI Gourmet Verrine

For 6 gourmands

  • 30g of butter
  • 30g of flour T110
  • 30g of oat flakes
  • 20g of coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 600g of cottage cheese or yogurt
  • Seasonal fruits

👉 Preheat the oven to 200°C.

👉 With your fingertips, mix the butter, flour, oats, low sugar and salt. The goal is to obtain a texture similar to wet sand. Be careful not to melt the butter by over-mixing.

👉 Spreadthe crumble on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.

👉 Arrange your verrines: start with a generous layer of yogurt or cottage cheese. Sprinkle with a few fruits of your choice, depending on your taste and the season (find all the GIs on our chart). Cover with yogurt or cottage cheese and finish with a layer of crumble.

👉 Keep refrigerated until ready to eat...

Tip: We recommend doubling the amount of crumble, and keeping the excess in a jar. Like a low GI gourmet muesli, it will be the star of your breakfasts...
