Un fondant chocolat IG bas sans sucre ni beurre !

A low GI chocolate fondant without sugar or butter!

Today, we're sharing an ultra gourmet low glycemic index chocolate fudge recipe without sugar or butter from our favorite brand of sugar-reduced chocolate balls: ELSY!

For 6-8 gourmands

  • 150g of dark chocolate
  • 300g of light cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 75g T150 wheat flour
  • 60g almond/hazelnut powder
  • 5g baking powder
  • 50g Elsy balls for the final touch

👉 Preheat oven to 180°C

👉 Melt the cream and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Mix until you get a nice ganache. Add the eggs, then the powders and mix again.

👉 Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with a handful of coarsely crushed Elsy balls for a crunchy touch!

👉 Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your taste, and enjoy warm or cold.

Tip: Elsy balls can be replaced by almond or hazelnut chips.
