After the recipe for our low GI Vanilla Chocolate Muffins from our book "Minimal Sugar, Ultimate Pleasure" , we decided to share with you a new recipe reduced in sugar for a low GI snack! This pancake recipe has a glycemic index of 26, calculated by our glycemic index calculator , feel free to use it for all your recipes 🙌.
LOW GI PANCAKES For 12 pancakes
Preparation: 10 minutes
Rest: 1 hour Cooking: 2 minutes per pancake
Ingredients • 140 g of T150 flour
Preparation 👉 Mix the flour, yeast and wheat bran in a bowl.
👉 Add the eggs, agave syrup and melted butter (or oil) and mix.
👉 Pour in the milk little by little, mixing until you obtain a smooth paste.
👉 Let stand for at least 1 hour.
👉 Heat a frying pan and grease it with a little oil.
👉 Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan then turn over when small bubbles appear and the pancake comes away to finish cooking on the other side.
