This year we are offering you two gourmet flavors, and because the holiday season is synonymous with sharing and conviviality, our logs are available in generous sizes for 6 to 8 people, perfect to be enjoyed with family or friends 👨👩 👧👦.
🍫 Chocolate hazelnut log – GI 15.4 and 65% less sugar than a similar traditional log!
The hazelnut chocolate log will be a hit with chocolate lovers. Gourmet and light, it consists of a crunchy crumble made from wholemeal flour and almond powder, a creamy chocolate hazelnut and a dark chocolate mousse. To complete it all, a dark chocolate icing and caramelized cocoa nibs for a gourmet decor, we can only say Oh Yes!
❤️ Red fruit log - GI 11.8 and 44% less sweet than a similar traditional log!
With its pretty quilted finish, this dessert is perfectly balanced for a light end to the meal. The red fruit log is composed of a crumble of wholemeal flour and almond powder, a confit with Burgundy blackcurrant puree, a raspberry puree mousse and a red fruit mirror glaze. . How to resist ?

Our logs will be available from December 1st in stores and for delivery in Paris and for frozen delivery throughout France . To avoid shortages or delivery problems with Chronofresh, we recommend that you order your frozen logs as quickly as possible to store them in the freezer until the big day 😊!
