In early January, it’s time for Epiphany, the perfect excuse for a delicious moment shared with family and friends! We’ve taken on a new challenge: the Galette des Rois (Kings' Cake)! Treat yourself guilt-free to this incredibly tasty almond cream cake, with a GI of just 18.2!

Our puff pastry is made with whole wheat flour and butter for a light and crispy finish. The almond cream features unblanched almond powder, free-range eggs, grape sugar, whole wheat flour, and chicory fiber.

Baking instructions:

In a fan oven at 175°C, bake your galette for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. It should be beautifully golden brown.
