With summer in full swing, nothing beats a refreshing drink to quench your thirst… without spiking your blood sugar! Today we're sharing 5 simple recipes, 100% sugar-free! Fresh fruit, herbs, ice cubes, and let's go ❄️ !
🍋 Homemade sugar-free lemonade
Juice of 2 lemons
A few mint leaves
1 liter of water
➡️ Let it infuse for 1 hour in the fridge and add ice cubes if needed!
🍓 Strawberry, lemon & basil
A handful of fresh strawberries cut in half (or whole raspberries)
A few slices of organic lemon
4 to 5 fresh basil leaves
1 liter of water
➡️ Let it infuse for 1 hour in the fridge and add ice cubes if needed!
🍉 Watermelon & Lime Smoothie
2 cups of very cold watermelon
The juice of half a lime
A few basil leaves
➡️ Blend everything together, serve with ice. Zero added sugar, 100% pleasure!
🥒 Cucumber & Mint Detox
½ cucumber, sliced into rounds
A few fresh mint leaves
1 liter of water
➡️ Ultra thirst-quenching after an hour in the refrigerator!
🍑 Fresh peach & verbena infusion
1 very ripe peach, sliced
4-5 fresh verbena leaves
1 liter of water
➡️ Let it infuse for 1 hour in the fridge for a relaxing and fragrant drink.
🌿 Bonus tip: Add a few chia seeds to your infusions for a natural satiating effect, ideal for avoiding sugary cravings.
