We answer your questions about our low GI logs!

Since we started communicating about our low glycemic index Christmas logs, we have had a lot of questions. We are therefore taking advantage of this article to answer them!

👉 Can people with diabetes eat your logs?

Eh yes ! The very low GI of our logs and the unrefined ingredients we use mean that the impact will be very low on blood sugar levels. And of course, you don't need to be diabetic to enjoy our delicious logs!

👉 What ingredients do you use?

Say goodbye to white sugar, white flour and sweeteners! We use low GI ingredients such as coconut blossom sugar, agave syrup, wholemeal flour and even chickpea flour!

👉 How does frozen delivery work?

Deliveries are made by Chronofresh. When leaving our workshop, you will receive an email to inform you of the delivery and tracking of the package. The tours take place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., you will receive a text or email the same morning with a more precise schedule.

👉 What if I'm not at home for Chronofresh delivery?

No worries ! You can postpone delivery to the day that suits you thanks to the Chronofresh tracking that you receive by email.

👉 What should I do when I receive my package?

You can place your logs directly in the freezer. On the big day, you can take them out and let them thaw quietly in the refrigerator, for around 4 hours!

👉 Can I reserve a log on your site without delivering it and picking it up at the store?

Of course ! All you have to do is place an order in the “Paris” section and select “Collect in store” when paying.

👉 Is the store open on holidays?

Exceptionally, the store at 95 rue du Bac will be open on Sundays December 24 and 31 until 6 p.m. You can now book your collection or delivery these two Sundays directly on our site!

👉 Is it better to book?

Quantities of logs are limited so reservations are strongly recommended! Don't want to pay online? You can call us at 01.43.22.36.65 and pay for your order when you pick it up in store.
