journée mondiale du diabète

World Diabetes Day

This Tuesday, November 14 is International Diabetes Day. So this is the opportunity for Oh Oui! to raise awareness and support all those affected by this disease.

In France, diabetes today affects around 4.5 million people and this figure continues to increase from year to year. Also, it is estimated that more than 700,000 diabetics are unaware!

Some warning signs to know 🧐:

- State of fatigue

- Frequent urge to urinate

- Intense thirst

- Weightloss

If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to do a screening!

💪 At the start of the Oh Oui! adventure, it was a health problem that convinced Delphine to change her diet and approach the Pasteur Institute in Lille, specializing in diabetes, to give her the keys to the low glycemic index diet.

Eating low GI allows everyone to take care of their health and their sugar consumption but above all, it allows diabetic or pre-diabetic people to regulate their blood sugar levels.

Reducing sugar is therefore more than a trend, it is a necessity 🙌! This is why Oh Yes! is committed to a better-eating approach to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy a pastry rich in fiber, reduced in sugar and with a low glycemic index without using any sweetener!

To celebrate this special day, we have decided to offer you a chocolate match for any order placed during the day.

Beautiful gourmet day
