We are very proud to announce that our low GI mandarin pistachio match was voted the jury's favorite in the Snacking d'Or competition ! of the Sandwich & Snack Show - Parizza, agri-food exhibition held in Paris in mid-March 😍
The jury was made up of 17 professionals from the sector who met in the kitchen of the Atelier des Chefs Professionnel on February 2 to examine nearly 180 candidate files , a record!
What differentiates us? An original combination of flavors but above all a pastry reduced in sugar, rich in fiber, with a low glycemic index and all without sweetener! Something to have fun without feeling guilty 😋.
