Privacy policy

The Seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the Customer, as well as the security and confidentiality of the data and information communicated to it by theCustomer.

The Vendor, as the data controller, shall collect and compile an electronic file containing personal data concerning the Customer (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) during the Order process. This information is required to process Sales Orders and deliveries. It may also be used for commercial prospecting purposes. When an Order is placed by a new Customer, this database will be enriched with information concerning the Customer, which will also allow us to better meet the Customer's expectations.

The information collected is essential for this processing and is intended for the relevant departments of the Seller and its delivery service providers.

The Vendor processes the personal data of its Customers in order to fulfil the contract between the Customer and the Vendor, notably for the processing and follow-up of Orders, as part of its legitimate interest in marketing management and the fight against fraud, in order to comply with its legal obligations, notably in terms of taxation, and when the Customer has given its consent, for certain commercial prospecting operations.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, as amended, and those of Regulation 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 "on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data", the Customer has a right to access, rectify, delete his or her personal data, a right to withdraw consent, a right to limit processing, a right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of data, a right to data portability, a right to issue advance post-mortem directives, by sending an email to the address contact@ohoui.comwith a copy of his identity card. The Customer also has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL.

The Customer is informed that, during his visits to the Website, a cookie may be automatically installed and temporarily stored in memory or on his hard disk. A cookie is an element that does not allow the user to be identified but is used to record information relating to the user's navigation on the Website. Users may oppose this cookie or deactivate it by using the settings in their browser software.
