Sunday was the pastry fair held at the Parc Floral in Paris 🧁!
The opportunity for Oh Oui! to speak out on the subject that has driven us from the beginning: how to offer pastries that are beautiful, tasty but also healthier than classic pastries !
And for this we were invited by the sparkling Johanna Lepape , world champion of sweet arts 👩🍳! She discovered the store a few months ago by chance and loved the concept! We realized that we had the same desires for a healthier diet .
Indeed, Johanna puts her expertise at the service of a balanced and light pastry . It offers a new vision of gastronomy through well-being 😍.
Thus, we were able to share our vision of tomorrow's pastry with many people present during the round table organized for the occasion. The subject is of great interest given the many questions that were asked to us.
Throughout the show, we were also able to chat with the famous Mercotte who shares our conviction that the future of pastry will involve recipes without coloring and without controversial ingredients.
