This year we are exclusively presenting the buckwheat and mandarin chocolate log created with Pastry Chef Sandrine Baumann-Hautin & Founder of Sain Pâtisserie Santé .
SaIn Pâtisserie Santé is a new vision, an essential evolution, a global approach in which the founder and Pastry Chef Sandrine Baumann-Hautin has been engaged since 2020, in order to offer preventive pastries, but also adapted to chronic diseases, reasonable pastries and above all very gourmet pastries with the aim of responding to Public Health Issues.

So we thought of this Christmas log so that everyone could enjoy themselves during the holiday season .
Indeed, whether you pay attention to your diet or your health, whether you are diabetic, or just a dessert lover in general, you will be able to end dinner on a sweet and airy note, without feeling guilty.

The buckwheat mandarin chocolate log will be a hit with chocolate lovers. Delicious and light, it consists of a crunchy crumble made from wholemeal flour and buckwheat covered with a chocolate stencil , a mandarin cream , and a plain biscuit . To top it all off, a creamy chocolate mousse , covered with a dark chocolate and buckwheat seed glaze.
